"Discount Japan / J好価" ("the Service") is operated in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.

• On Google / LINE login: email address (Google only), display name, profile picture URL
• Automatically: access logs (IP address, User-Agent), language and region (Cloudflare Geo-IP)
• User actions: watchlist items, price alert settings, Web Push subscriptions

3. How We Use Your Information

• Login and session management
• Sending price drop notifications
• Service quality improvement
• Security and fraud prevention

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law. Clicking affiliate links may send access information to external services (e.g., Rakuten).

5. Cookies

We use only a single HttpOnly session cookie for login state. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

6. Data Retention

• User sessions: 30 days
• Price history: 90 days in D1, then archived to R2
• Notification log: 30 days
• After account deletion: physically deleted within 30 days

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via account settings or by contacting us. Account deletion is available immediately from your profile page.

8. Security

All connections use TLS 1.3. Session tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes. The service runs on Cloudflare's edge infrastructure.

9. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page.
